Don’t listen to the person who reblogged about vampires not being ‘kin, dear. They’re an idiot.
We think you should contact the police and get a restraining order if your partner is threatening you like this—and you should break up with them for your own safety. This person is obviously dangerous to you. And even if they try to tell someone else, they’ll probably think they’re crazy and not listen. What matters most is your own safety.
Vampires are historically a threat to humanity, so this is a pretty normal reaction to someone who’s existence is a threat to your own.
Also, I’ll give you a rundown on how this restraining order is going to go.
Vampire: Yes 9-11? My BF is trying to kill me.
911: Alright, police are on their way please stay on the phone. Why is your boyfriend trying to kill you?
Vampire: Why do you need to know that?
911: We need to know what we’re dealing with.
Vampire: Oh, no he’s neurotypical. I’m just a vampire.
911: You’re a… vampire.
Vampire: Yes.
911: Ma’am please stay where you are. Running will not help you. We will find you.
Vampire: Oh rats!
Also I imagine most vampires would be capable of taking on a random dude. :s
